In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. By reading and listening to the following Bible verses about faith we can grow our faith in God. We grow in faith as we meditate on God’s word, “So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ” (Romans 10:7).
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God” (Ephesians 2:8). If we put our faith in Jesus, we will be saved from the consequences of our sin. God’s greatest promise is that He will save His people from sin and death. We trust that God’s promises are true and believe that He will provide for those who seek Him. When we place our faith in God, we believe that God exists and is of noble character.
